A CBE is a computer-based exam. “On-demand” means you choose the exam date instead of waiting for a fixed ACCA exam session. At QuintEdge Mumbai you can book BT (Business and Technology), MA (Management Accounting), FA (Financial Accounting), LW (Corporate and Business Law) and the Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) papers FA1, MA1, FA2, MA2, FBT, FMA and FFA.
The fee is ₹14,000 per exam for the FIA papers (FA1, MA1, FA2, MA2, FBT, FMA, FFA) and for BT, MA and FA. LW costs ₹17,000, in either the English (ENG) or Global (GLO) version. You pay one fee per exam, online, at the last step of the booking form. The fee covers your ACCA exam and the centre’s administration and invigilation.
Sittings run every Wednesday and Sunday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM India Standard Time (IST). Each on-demand exam lasts two hours, so one sitting covers the whole exam. Book at least three calendar days ahead. The booking calendar shows dates up to 12 months out.
Yes. Any ACCA-registered student who is eligible for the paper can book a slot at our Mumbai centre, wherever they live. We check your ACCA details and eligibility before we confirm, and you only need to come to Andheri West on your exam day.
No. From the March 2026 session, ACCA no longer offers remote (at-home) exams in countries that have ACCA exam centres, and India is one of them. On-demand CBEs for BT, MA, FA, LW and the FIA papers are sat at ACCA-licensed centres, such as QuintEdge Mumbai. Book your slot here and sit the exam at our centre.
Keep your ACCA registration number, date of birth and full legal name ready, exactly as they appear in your ACCA account. You also give your address, ACCA qualification, gender, email and phone number. Then upload one clear copy of an official photo ID, such as your passport, as a PDF, JPG or PNG of up to 2 MB. ACCA asks centres to collect these details.
Bring the original photo ID you chose when booking, such as your passport, driving licence or national identity card. The uploaded copy does not replace it. Before you start, the invigilator checks your identity against that ID and confirms you have the right exam. You get paper for rough work, and the invigilator collects it at the end.
You see a provisional result straight away: when the exam ends, your mark and whether you passed appear on screen. The pass mark is 50% for every on-demand paper. The centre then uploads your result to ACCA, which finalises it and updates your student record.
