Step We Take in This Process
Our recruitment process may be thorough, but we make sure that our team member’s personal and organizational goals are aligned.
Analyzation
- Step 1
Your CV is shared to the appropriate team and they analyze your background and work experience to make sure it fits our requirements
Shortlisting
- Step 2
If your CV fits the desired criteria, our team shortlists your CV and reaches out to you to begin the interview process
Interviews
- Step 3
Depending on the role, we conduct 2-3 interview rounds to make sure that both the candidate's and organizational's goals are aligned
Recruitment
- Step 4
As a final step, once we have made sure that you are fit for the role, our team sends an official offer letter waiting to onboard you to QuintEdge's team
