Request deletion of your data
You may ask QuintEdge to delete personal data associated with your interactions with QuintEdge, including data received through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API.
How to submit a request
Email info@quintedge.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include your name, the email address or WhatsApp phone number used to contact QuintEdge, the approximate date of the interaction, and whether you want specific records or all eligible personal data deleted. Include the country code with a WhatsApp phone number.
Do not send a password, one-time password (OTP), payment card details, or other account credentials. QuintEdge may request only information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, confirm control of the relevant contact method, and locate the records covered by the request.
Meta and WhatsApp data covered
A deletion request may cover the WhatsApp phone number, profile or display name, message content and attachments, message identifiers, delivery and read status, timestamps, related conversation metadata, and the linked support contact or conversation record held by QuintEdge.
Response and deletion
QuintEdge will acknowledge and respond to a valid rights request within fifteen days, in line with Clause 15.2 of the Privacy Policy. When the purpose of processing has ended, consent has been withdrawn where consent applies, and no legal obligation requires continued retention, QuintEdge will securely delete or anonymise the eligible personal data without undue delay as described in Clauses 9.2 and 9.3.
The response will state the outcome of the request. You may ask for a status update by replying in the same email thread.
Information that may be retained
QuintEdge may retain information that it is required to keep under applicable law or that is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Any retained information remains subject to the safeguards and purpose limitations in the Privacy Policy and will not be kept longer than necessary for the applicable reason.
