Excited to share that I have successfully completed the Certification in Investment Banking from QuintEdge.

Over the course of an intensive 180-hour program, I gained hands-on experience in financial statement analysis and forecasting, three-statement models, DCF and LBO models, valuation methodologies, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and merger modelling.

I also worked on real estate financial modelling, including building an office acquisition model to evaluate investment feasibility, rental income, operating costs, capital expenditures, and projected returns.

Technical milestones: Built integrated 3-statement models from scratch. Mastered DCF and Relative Valuation methodologies. Built comprehensive Merger Models and analyzed accretion/dilution impacts. Developed complex Leveraged Buyout models focusing on debt schedules and IRR hurdles.

My First DCF Valuation Model — Coca-Cola

Recently, I embarked on a journey to learn Financial Modeling, driven by my interest in finance and the desire to understand how companies are valued beyond their stock prices. As part of this learning experience, I built my first Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) model to estimate the intrinsic value of The Coca-Cola Company.

In this project, I focused on:

• Forecasting Revenue and EBIT for the next 5 years
• Calculating NOPAT and Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF)
• Estimating Cost of Equity using CAPM
• Determining Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC)
• Calculating Terminal Value using the perpetual growth method
• Performing DCF valuation and sensitivity analysis

This is just the beginning of my financial modeling journey — grateful to QuintEdge for the structured guidance.
