Quick answer: This free exam deadline reminder lists every published date for your exam window. It covers CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM® (Financial Risk Manager) and ACCA® (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) exams. You see each date with a countdown. Then you download one calendar file with alarms, by default 7 days and 1 day before each date. Your own phone or laptop calendar does the reminding.
The nearest registration and booking dates across all three exams, from our October 2026 check:
| Date | Exam | Window | Deadline | Countdown |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 14 Oct 2026 | CFA Level I & Level II | May 2027 | Early-fee deadline | |
| 24 Oct 2026 | FRM Part I & II | November 2026 | Scheduling deadline | |
| 2 Nov 2026 | ACCA session exams | December 2026 | Standard entry deadline | |
| 3 Nov 2026 | CFA Level I, Level II & Level III | August 2027 | Registration opens | |
| 5 Nov 2026 | CFA Level I & Level III | February 2027 | Final registration deadline | |
| 9 Nov 2026 | ACCA session exams | December 2026 | Late entry deadline |
In plain words: the first date you can miss is usually a fee deadline, not the exam itself.
Pick your exam, the window you are aiming for and the dates you care about. The tool pulls the official dates from our October 2026 check. It shows each one with a countdown and flags dates that have already passed. When a date is not published yet, it says so plainly. Then you add everything to your calendar in one file.
Three kinds of date matter most. The cheaper-fee deadline decides how much you pay. The final deadline decides whether you can sit that window at all. The scheduling deadline decides whether you get a seat on the day and in the city you want.
| Deadline | CFA® | FRM® | ACCA® session exams |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cheaper fee ends | Early-fee deadline | Early-fee deadline | Standard entry deadline (there is no early-bird tier) |
| Last chance to register | Standard registration closes | Standard registration closes | Late entry deadline (higher fee) |
| Book your seat | Scheduling deadline: pick your day and test centre | Scheduling deadline: book your PSI test-centre slot | You pick your centre when you enter in myACCA (your ACCA online account) |
| Results | Not tracked in this tool | Not tracked in this tool | Fixed results day for each session |
| Cut-off time | 11:59 pm US Eastern time | 11:59 pm US Eastern time (GARP writes EST) | 23:59 UK time |
Takeaway: every exam has a cheaper deadline and a final deadline, and CFA and FRM add a separate seat-booking step.
Missing a cheaper-fee deadline does not stop you sitting the exam. It just costs more. CFA and FRM both switch to a higher standard fee once the early deadline passes. ACCA's late entry costs far more than standard entry, for every paper. The exam, the seat and the certificate stay exactly the same.
It works like a train ticket: the same seat costs more when you book late. Here is what the gap looks like (fees checked October 2026):
Illustrative example: at the FBIL (Financial Benchmarks India) reference rate on 9 Oct 2026 (USD 1 = ₹96.61), the CFA gap of USD 350 is about ₹33,815. The ACCA gap of £236 per paper is about ₹30,181 (£1 = ₹127.89). FBIL publishes India's official reference exchange rates. Banks and cards add their own markup, and taxes such as GST (India's Goods and Services Tax) can be added at checkout. For your full cost, try the CFA fee calculator, FRM fee calculator or ACCA fee calculator.
CFA Institute and GARP (the Global Association of Risk Professionals, which runs FRM) close deadlines at 11:59 pm US Eastern time. ACCA closes at 23:59 UK time. Both clocks run behind India. So a deadline dated the 5th closes on the morning of the 6th in India. Still, treat the calendar date as your real last day.
For CFA and FRM, paying the registration fee does not reserve a seat. You must also book an appointment: your exact exam day and test centre. Think of registration as buying a concert pass, and scheduling as picking your seat. Seats go first come, first served, so people who book late can end up in another city.
CFA exams run at Prometric test centres, and FRM exams run at PSI test centres. ACCA session exams work differently: you pick your centre when you enter in myACCA. ACCA's on-demand papers (BT, MA, FA and LW) have no sitting at all. You book them with a licensed computer-based exam (CBE) centre on a day it offers, such as the QuintEdge CBE centre in Mumbai. ACCA withdrew remote exams from the March 2026 session in countries that have ACCA exam centres, India included.
The reminders live in your own calendar. The .ics file holds one all-day event for each date. Each event carries alarms at the lead times you picked. Your phone or laptop shows them, even when you are offline. QuintEdge does not send reminder emails or WhatsApp messages, so nothing depends on us remembering.
Then the tool tells you so in plain words. It never guesses a date. Exam bodies publish windows in stages: sometimes exam days come first and deadlines later. When a date is missing, your result names it and links the live calendar page. Some 2027 windows had no published deadlines when we checked in October 2026.
Our live calendars track every window as it is announced: CFA exam dates, FRM exam dates and ACCA exam dates. Come back to this tool when a new window appears, and download a fresh file.
No. Your reminders come from your own calendar. The .ics file you download carries alarms at the times you choose, such as 7 days and 1 day before each date. Your phone or laptop shows them. QuintEdge only saves the contact details you enter so a counsellor can help if you have questions.
It covers CFA Level I, II and III, and FRM Part I and Part II (one at a time or both in one window). It also covers ACCA session exams: the Applied Skills and Strategic Professional papers. ACCA's on-demand papers (BT, MA, FA and LW) have no sitting deadlines. You book them with a licensed exam centre on a day it offers.
CFA Institute closes its deadlines at 11:59 pm US Eastern time, and GARP writes 11:59 pm EST. That is the next morning in India, around 9:30 to 10:30 am IST, depending on US daylight saving time. Still, treat the calendar date as your last day, because payments can fail at the last minute.
No. ACCA has two entry deadlines for each session: standard and late. Standard entry is the cheapest price. Late entry gives you one more week but costs much more per paper. Both close at 23:59 UK time, which is the early hours of the next day in India.
Yes. Each upcoming date in your result has its own Google Calendar link. Those links use your usual Google notifications. To get the exact reminder times you picked, download the .ics file and import it into Google Calendar instead.
The dates and fees were checked against the official CFA Institute, GARP and ACCA pages in October 2026. Exam bodies can change dates. So confirm on our CFA, FRM or ACCA exam dates page and on the official website before you pay or book.
This reminder is a free planning aid. It is not an official CFA Institute, GARP or ACCA tool, and the official body's website always wins. Dates and fees can change; ACCA confirms exam entry, fees and deadlines, and CFA Institute and GARP confirm theirs.
